My cats don’t like the flavour. Being in a location where i don’t have any physical stores to buy cat food from , i rely on bulk online orders to get cat food. Thought of trying out a new flavour but my cats did not like it. I understand that i am completely liable for any purchase but In trying to return part of the order or exchange it for a different flavour i was told that it was a combo and i could not return part of the order ( part means 7 full boxes ). There should be some sort of policy that addresses something of this sort in the future.
