Supertails+ At-Home Vet Services are currently available in selected pincodes of Bengaluru city. We're expanding soon — check supertails.com for updated city availability.

3. What types of services can be provided at home?
Our at-home vets are enabled to help your pet with general health check-ups, vaccinations, deworming, minor wound care, geriatric care, follow-ups, and basic diagnostics.

4. Are all veterinary procedures available at home?
Not all procedures can be done at home. Complex surgeries, X-rays, or certain diagnostics require clinic equipment. If needed, our vet will refer your pet to a nearby Supertails+ Pet Clinic.

5. Do you treat all types of pets at home?
We currently offer at-home services for dogs and cats of all breeds. Exotic pets and livestock are not covered under our at-home care program.

6. How do I book an at-home vet appointment?

7. Can I reschedule or cancel my at-home vet appointment?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the appointment time by contacting our support team.

8. How much does an at-home vet visit cost?
The visiting fees for at-home visits by our team of Vet and Vet-assistants is 499rs. For general consultation, the visiting fees + consultation fees is 699rs.

9. How do I pay for at-home vet services?
We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment links are shared post-appointment for a seamless cashless experience.

10. Can I get my pet vaccinated at home?
Yes! We provide doorstep pet vaccinations including Anti-Rabies, DHPPi, Lepto, and more. Our vets carry WHO-approved vaccines and follow proper cold chain protocols.

11. What if my pet needs a procedure that can’t be done at home?
If your pet needs advanced care, our vet will provide a referral to the nearest Supertails+ Pet Clinic or recommend hospitalization, depending on the condition.

12. Do you offer emergency at-home vet care?
We do not currently offer 24/7 emergency at-home vet services. For emergencies, please contact your nearest pet hospital immediately.
