Bhai logo kabhi bhi ense vet consultation na lena....ek hi baat baar baar watsapp par puchte hai...pura din barbaad kar denge likin phir bhi doctor ki call nahi aayegi

After receiving consultation fees. No one contact you.

After making payment for consultation on 1.10.2024, no update etc received till one hour. I contacted customer care they told timing is 10AM to 7PM. I asked that Term mentioned at web that Instant Consultation (10 AM to 7 PM) - One-time. It means working hour is 10AM to 7AM and Instant consultation is available. But customer care person said that they may contact between 10AM to 7AM. It is very joking that owner of pet wait between 10AM to 7PM in the wait that when call may come. Just chearing platform.
