How & when can I return my product?

Supertails's returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Supertails for any reason within 10 days of delivery.

Please ensure the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging.

I want to cancel my order

Go to the “My Orders” section and select the order that you wish to cancel. Refunds for canceled orders get processed immediately and will get credited to your source account within 5-7 business days Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Unable to make payments

If you're experiencing difficulty paying for your order,

  • Check your internet connectivity
  • Double-check your payment information (Card number, expiration date, CVV)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try for a different mode of payment (UPI / Netbanking / Credit Debit Cards / COD)

Modes of payment

We accept online payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), UPI (Google pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net banking. EMI options on several credit cards are available. The payment has to be made in India Rupees, as per the final invoice.

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures and charges incurred, the refund will be routed through the payment gateway to the source account within 5-7 working days.

My money got debited but the order did not get confirmed

In case your money has been debited and the order did not get confirmed, the amount will either get auto-refunded or a subsequent order will be automatically placed within 30 mins from the time of the transaction. When will I get my refund?

The maximum turnaround time for Credit / Debit card / Netbanking refund is between 5-7 working days from the processing date. UPI refunds usually happen within 24 hrs. Refund Policy

How do I get a refund for my COD order?

Please contact our support team and we will help you receive a refund for your cash on delivery refund. Kindly note, that refunds cannot be processed in the form of cash (even for cash on delivery orders)

My coupon is not working

How do Bank Offers work?

Kindly visit the bank offers page located on the Home page or within the Offers Zone To avail the offer, ensure that you pay for your order using the Debit / Credit card specific to the bank offer.

How do I create an account on Supertails?

Our account creation process is seamless, allowing you to sign up via OTP. Once logged in, you can enter your name, email address, and shipping details, enabling you to place orders for your furry friend effortlessly.

Is Supertails available across the country?

Our services are accessible nationwide. To confirm service availability in your area, please input your PIN code in the "Check delivery date" section provided under the product display page.

What is a Platform Fee?

The platform fee helps us ensure smooth operations, bring you new features, and keep the platform running effortlessly so that you have a hassle-free experience.

Is the Platform Fee refundable?

a) If your order is canceled before shipment, lost, or undelivered due to a shipping issue, weʼll refund the full amount you paid, including the platform fee.

b) However, if you choose to return the order or decide not to accept it upon delivery, the platform fee will not be refunded.

What is a Delivery Fee?

The delivery fee helps us ensure your orders are delivered quickly and reliably while supporting post-delivery services.

  • Orders below ₹600 will have a delivery charge of ₹49.
  • For orders above ₹600, we donʼt charge any delivery fee
Is the Delivery Fee refundable?

Are there any extra charges for my cash on delivery order?

Shipping charges of Rs 19 are applicable on cash on delivery orders. Please note we accept cash only for order value between Rs 700 and Rs 5000.

How do I update contact details on my account?

How do I update my Shipping details?

You have the flexibility to edit, add, or remove addresses from the "Address" section located on the "My Account" page

How do I update my Email address?

Regrettably, we currently do not offer the option to update email addresses on the account. Please contact our support team at 18005723575 or email at support@supertails.com for further assistance.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Sorry, this option is currently not available. You can always cancel the order before it has been shipped and place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.

Do you do same-day delivery

Yes, we offer 120 minutes (for eligible pin codes in Bangalore) and same-day deliveries in metro cities by 9 pm
