Shelf-stable food (like retort pouches) is heated at very high temperatures to last long, which can reduce nutrient retention and taste. These meals are gently cooked, kept chilled, and meant to be consumed within a few days — giving your pet the best nutrition.

3. Are these meals raw?
No. These meals are fully cooked and safe to serve straight from the pack.

Keep the packs in your refrigerator (not freezer) at 0–4°C.

2. How long will they stay fresh?
They stay fresh for 7-8 days when kept refrigerated at right temperature. Always check the “Use By” date printed on the pack.

4. Do I need to heat the food before serving?
Not necessary — you can serve directly. If your pet prefers warm meals, just immerse the sealed pack in warm water for a few minutes or microwave after transferring to a microwave-safe bowl.
