Where is my order/ How can I track my order?
If you have logged in, you can find the status of your order through My account
> Order history. If you have checked out as guest, you can review the status of your order through the
track link that would be shared with you on email as well as whatsapp. If you have placed an order and
have not received a track link, please wait for 12 hours and check again. In some rare cases, courier
partners may take up to 12 hours to activate the track link.
Partial order delivered/ Items are missing in my order
In some cases, your order might get split into two or more orders. Those will
still be delivered, just on different times. For any such order you will receive a whatsapp notification
and it will clearly mention the split of the order.If you have not received any notification of an order
split, please reach out to us at: support@supertails.com or use the contact page located at the bottom
of our website. We’ll get back to you promptly.
How can I cancel/ return/ get the refund for my order?
If your product is not shipped, you can cancel your order from the My account
section. Please login and go to my account > order history, click on edit or cancel.If your product is
shipped, you can cancel or return your order by reaching out to us at:

As soon as we receive the request, we’ll have the order picked up in the next 2-3 business days and
wherever applicable, we’ll reprocess the order immediately and/or refund the amount back to the payment
method used. In most cases, the fund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, however in some rare
cases, it could take a little longer. Do allow 4-5 business days for the amount to hit your account in
such cases.
Please note that you can return an order within 10 days of delivery of the order. We will only be able
to service returns that are compliant with the return policy.
Product quality issue
If you encounter any kind of product quality issue - damaged or broken product,
torn packets or if the quality is not acceptable in any form, please reach out to us and report the

What payment options are available? How can I pay
We accept all major credit/debit/UPI channels for payments. In addition, Cash
on delivery (COD) option is also available for all cart values from Rs. 700 up to Rs 4,999 at a charge
of Rs 19.
Note: For consultation bookings, there is no option for cash on delivery; payment must be made online.
My money is debited but my order is not confirmed
In some cases the payment does not go through or it does go through but the
order is not registered yet. In most cases, the amount is debited back to the payment source in 3-5
business days.

Is my address serviceable? How much time does it take to deliver to my address?
You can check if your address is serviceable by going to any product page and
putting in your pin code in the ‘deliver to’ box. It will also show you the tentative delivery timeline.
In general, if the delivery address is in a metro, you’ll receive your order in 1-3 days while for other
locations it might be between 3-5 days.
Are there any delivery/shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 599.
For orders below Rs. 599, there is a shipping charge of Rs. 49.
