1. If your order is not delivered within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, you receive 50% of the order value as a coupon up to ₹200, subject to the terms below.

2. Coupon Mechanics
- The cashback will be issued exclusively as a Supertails coupon code, sent to the customer's registered mobile number via whatsapp message within the timelines specified in clause 3.2. The coupon cannot be transferred to another account, encashed, or converted to any other form of value.
- Eligible coupons will be issued within 30 mins of the delivery being marked complete. In case of a dispute, the coupon will be issued within 5 working days of dispute resolution.-Coupons issued under this offer are valid for 30 days one-time use only from the date of issuance. Expired coupons cannot be reactivated or reissued.

3. Product eligibility criteria-
- The 30-Minute Delivery or Cashback Offer is applicable only to products that are identified with the 30-Minute Delivery logo or badge in the catalogue and are expressly represented as eligible for delivery within 30 minutes at the time of checkout.
-Eligibility for the Offer is determined based on the delivery promise displayed during checkout. Products for which a 30-minute delivery timeline is not shown at checkout shall not qualify for the Offer, irrespective of any catalogue display.
-Products with a weight exceeding 35 kilograms are excluded from the Offer and are not eligible for 30-minute delivery or cashback benefits.

4. The 30-minute delivery window begins at the timestamp of successful payment confirmation as recorded by the Supertails platform. This is the system-generated timestamp, not the time of order placement or cart checkout initiation. In case of payment gateway delays attributable to the customer's bank, the timer begins only after the payment is confirmed as received by Supertails.

 5. The delivery is deemed complete at the time the delivery agent marks the order as delivered in the Supertails delivery app after the customer's OTP confirmation.

 6.The customer must share the delivery OTP with the agent promptly upon the agent's arrival and call. If the OTP is not shared within 5 minutes of the agent's first contact attempt (call or app notification), the clock is paused for the duration of the delay. Time elapsed due to customer non-response will not be counted toward the 30-minute window.
 
 7. Supertails' platform timestamps are the sole and binding reference for determining delivery time. Screenshots, call logs, or customer-side app data will not be accepted as evidence in dispute resolution.

 8. The guarantee applies only to orders placed between 7 AM and 10 PM in the applicable city. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on a best-effort basis but will not be eligible for the cashback guarantee.

 9. The cashback amount is capped at ₹200 per order (or 50% of the final paid amount, whichever is lower). For orders where a coupon, platform discount, or promotional pricing is applied, the 50% cashback is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, not the MRP or pre-discount value.

 10. The cashback benefit is available only to customers with a verified Supertails account. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity, policy violations, or pending disputes are not eligible until resolution.

 11. The customer (or an authorised recipient) must be present and reachable at the delivery address at the time of expected delivery. The guarantee is void if the agent is unable to complete delivery due to the customer's absence after two call attempts.

 12. The customer must enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment/flat number, floor, building name/number, and any access codes or gate instructions. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses will not qualify for the cashback guarantee.

 13. If the delivery location is inside a gated community, apartment complex, or office building requiring access approval, the customer is responsible for informing the security or reception in advance or for providing timely access to the delivery agent. Time lost due to entry restrictions will be excluded from the 30-minute window.

 14. The registered mobile number on the Supertails account must be active and reachable during the delivery window. The guarantee is void if the agent attempts delivery and the customer is unreachable on the registered number.

 15. The customer must accept the delivered order. Refusal to accept delivery does not trigger the cashback guarantee and may be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.

 16. The order must be placed while the customer is at (or intends to receive delivery at) the stated address. Orders placed while the customer is knowingly away from the delivery address, with no authorised recipient present, are ineligible.

 17. The guarantee does not apply during or immediately after events beyond Supertails' reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes; government-imposed restrictions, curfews, or road closures; large-scale infrastructure failures (traffic signal outages, Heavy rainfall, bridge closures); or civil unrest and protests affecting delivery routes.

 18. Delays caused by payment gateway failures, platform downtime, or third-party logistics software outages that are confirmed as system-wide events (not specific to one order) will not trigger the cashback guarantee. Supertails will notify affected customers proactively in such cases.

 19. For orders containing veterinary prescription medicines or regulated pharmacy products, the 30-minute SLA begins only after all required documentation (prescription, vet verification) has been validated and confirmed. Pre-validation delays are excluded from the delivery window.

 20. A maximum of 3 cashback claims under this guarantee are permitted per customer account per rolling 30-day period. Claims beyond this limit will not be processed, regardless of whether the delivery exceeded 30 minutes.

 21. Supertails reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback credits if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated orders placed from the same address with consistent late-delivery claims; orders placed and immediately cancelled after the 30-minute window; multiple accounts registered at the same address exploiting the guarantee.

 22. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

 23. Cashback claims (if not automatically triggered) must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp through the Supertails app. Claims raised after this window will not be processed.

  24. Supertails reserves the right to revoke or invalidate any coupon code issued under this offer if, upon investigation, it is determined that the coupon code was issued due to a system error, customer-side delays that were incorrectly recorded, or any fraudulent manipulation of delivery conditions. Any such revocation or invalidation will be communicated to the customer along with the reason for the action.

 25. All disputes regarding the 30-minute delivery guarantee must be raised on 1800-5723-575 or support@supertails.com. Disputes raised via social media, email, or third-party consumer forums will be redirected to the official channel and will not be prioritised.

 26. Supertails will resolve all genuine cashback disputes within 5 working days of the claim being raised. The customer will be notified of the outcome via the registered email and app notification.

 27. Supertails' decision on cashback eligibility, based on platform data and delivery records, is final and binding.

 28. This guarantee is valid from 11-06-2026 to  until withdrawn by Supertails. Supertails reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.  
 
 29. Supertails may amend these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the offer landing page. Continued use of the guarantee after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 30. In case of any conflict between the marketing communication for this offer and these T&Cs, the T&Cs will prevail. Supertails' interpretation of any clause in these T&Cs is final.

31.This guarantee cannot be combined with any other active cashback promotion running simultaneously on the Supertails platform. If a customer's order is eligible for multiple cashback benefits, only the higher of the applicable benefits will be granted. Further, any coupon code issued under this guarantee cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other coupon code, promotional code, discount offer, or voucher in a single transaction.

31. The coupon can be applied on any subsequent order on the Supertails app. Each coupon code is single-use and will be deactivated upon first redemption.

32. If the order for which a coupon was issued is partially or fully returned, the coupon will be deactivated. A customer cannot retain the coupon benefit for an order that has been returned or refunded.

33. Only one coupon can be issued per order. Partial deliveries or delayed follow-up deliveries for the same order ID will not trigger additional coupon issuance.
