Product fully damage and leakage after complaint with photo they said if you want refund we will do or recent new piece but still we are not received product we had a bad experience

I've been using it since years now it's a very good hair supplement I couldn't find it on any petstore near me so I ordered it from supertails but the service from supertails was not satisfactory because I got the parcel after 2 days delay and when I got the parcel the Supplement was leaking from the bottle because the seal was slightly broken I didn't return the item because it didn't spill completely but supertails you should work on your delivery timings and the products wellbeing
