At Supertails, we are committed to providing the fastest possible delivery for your pet’s essentials. Our shipping infrastructure is categorized into three distinct tiers based on your location and the urgency of your order.

1. Superfast Delivery (30-60 Minutes)

This service is eligible for Google’s "Faster than Same-Day Delivery" callout.

1. Delivery Promise: Orders are delivered within 30 to 60 minutes of successful payment/order confirmation.

2. Service Areas: Available in verified Pincodes within Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR. Use the "Check Delivery" tool on the product page to verify eligibility for your specific location.

3. Operating Hours & Cutoff: * 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM: Orders placed during this window are eligible for immediate 30-60 minute fulfillment.
    After 8:30 PM: Orders will be scheduled for "Next Day Early Morning" delivery (by 9:30 AM).

4. Fees: * Orders above ₹699: FREE
    Orders below ₹699: A flat convenience fee of ₹49 applies.

2. Same-Day Delivery

1. Delivery Promise: Delivery by 9:00 PM on the same day.

2. Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Noon). Orders placed after this time will default to Next-Day Delivery.

3. Coverage: Available in Tier-1 cities including Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.

4. Fees: FREE for orders above ₹699; otherwise, a shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

3. Standard National Shipping

1.Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day.

2.Transit Time: 2–5 Business Days.

3. Tracking: Customers receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email once the order is dispatched.

Terms for Google Verification

1.Price Transparency: The shipping fees displayed at checkout are final. There are no additional hidden handling or processing fees.

2.Inventory Logic: Faster-than-same-day delivery is subject to real-time inventory at local neighborhood dark-stores. If a product is not in stock locally, the system will automatically display the next available shipping speed (Same-Day or Standard).

3. Pharmacy Orders: Orders containing prescription medication may require an additional 15-minute window for tele-consultation/prescription verification by our in-house veterinarians.
