Unsafe Dog Food & Worst Customer Support

I ordered 18 kg of dog food, and all the packages had holes with ants coming out. The food is not safe to consume. I sent them unboxing videos, photos of the damaged packs, and ants, but they refused to give a refund. After that, they blocked my number and stopped replying on WhatsApp and email.

A few months ago, they also gave poisonous food — the oxygen absorber pouch inside the pack was broken, and the chemical powder had mixed with the food. Even then, they didn’t respond or take responsibility.

I’m requesting all pet parents to avoid this brand. They don’t care about our furry kids. They just use paid or fake reviews and celebrities to promote their products.
