I was informed the vaccination charges will be ₹1033 but the day i visited the vet told not to give vaccination as my kitten was suffering from diarrhea and the. When I came today for vaccination it was told the price will be 1399 and there is no discount as a customer i felt really bad , had a bad experience on that other then that your service is really good but this is very unsatisfying as a customer and they said on weekends they are no discount, in a business prospective if you see here only you are loosing your customer base , if you don't give discount then some customers will never come back again especially on saturday and Sunday customer base will decrease
