This is the first time I tried Supertails, primarily because cat food prices on Amazon, HUFT, NetMeds, and others have gone through the roof -- I am shelling out upto ₹4000 a month now. Their competitive pricing attracted me, obviously, and I placed the order after some R&D. Got confirmation on delivery and an introductory call followed the next day, with an option to avail vet services. Nafisa on the call also assured me that order is n time. So far so good.
Then, things took turn for worse. Late in the evening, received another call informing me that my location is not "serviceable" suddenly and ordered has been cancelled, refund initiated. I still haven't received my money back, but will wait a few days.
More importantly, now my location is serviceable again! Price has been bumped up and my First Time user coupon benefit has been cancelled too.
Clearly, it was a cheap and underhanded ploy to not give away their product for 600 bucks less. Such deceitful tactics is why is regular pet parents prefer sticking with trusted companies, despite higher pricing.
Whoever is behind the company, please look into this matter at priority. I requested your customer care to do the same, but they didn't get back to me.
