I purchased three beds from PAWPOURRI—two directly from their website and one from Amazon. The Amazon one includes a bolster inside the zipper, while the others have just stuffing, making them much harder to wash. The company explained that the Amazon listing reflects their initial/traditional design, but ironically, the Amazon bed is the one with the promised quality.
Customer email support has been very slow and unclear. What they attribute to “typos” ends up requiring multiple follow-ups from me for clarification. They didn’t provide a phone number until I escalated the issue.
The retractable leash I bought from PAWPOURRI started getting stuck after just two months. I purchased a different brand from Amazon, which has been far more user-friendly with no issues.
Their size chart was misleading, but they acknowledged the mistake and have since updated it.
The exchange charge of ₹250 is unfair because the error was theirs to begin with.
Overall, I would not consider PAWPOURRI to be a premium brand, even though their prices are set in that range.
