The worst pet company ever I came across is Supertails. I had placed order of 2 sherwaanis for my 2 fur babies. At the time the order was confirmed, the eta was 17 October.
Since the day I placed order I had not received any tracking updates. This was supposed to be Diwali gift for my pets. On 18th I called their customer care, they said that they had technical issues so they couldn’t share updates.
You are a company that deals with lakhs of orders. So you meant you caused inconvenience to lakhs of people due to your so called technical issue? Those issues also got confirmed after my call. They said that order will be delivered by 23 October. I whole heartedly thank Supertails to spoil my Diwali.
This was the third time I had placed order on their site and faced this inconvenience. The past orders had treats and food, which if gets delayed was okay
But this was a festival which was supposed to be special for my pets as well!
