Good customer service but the packaging was overdone

I have been regularly buying from Supertails and their willingness to satisfy customers and their service is incredible - their willingness to please is almost doglike...and I mean it in a good way :)

My only complain with the last order is the amount of plastic they used to deliver the dog food which, in my opinion, was unnecessary. It really upset me to see it packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap followed by meters of cling wrap. I hope they take this comment as positive feedback and show come concern and respect for the environment.
