I have received damaged packaging multiple times from the same source. This time, I noticed tape at the bottom of the packet, which made me concerned that the damage may have been covered up instead of being addressed properly. As a pet owner, this is very worrying because we trust that the food we buy for our pets is safe and properly sealed.
It feels as though the condition of the product is not being taken seriously. If damaged packets are being sent out, pets' health could be put at risk. We spend our hard-earned money expecting safe, quality products for our pets, not products that raise concerns about packaging integrity and safety.
I have shared photos of both the old and new packets for reference. The seller and manufacturer should improve quality checks and ensure that damaged products are not sent to customers. Very disappointed with this experience.
