 Recommendation: 

1) Your Clipper blades should be removed periodically (at least once a month) to allow the cut hair to be cleaned out from under the blades
2) Spray your clipper / trimmer blades with Wahl Hygienic Spray
and allow to sit before wiping off any excess with a clean towel
3) Make sure you oil your blades with Wahl Blade Oil immediately
after using Wahl Hygienic Spray
