I've been buying the 24 pack monthly for many months now. It's always been good. Sometimes my cats gobble it down, and sometimes they get bored and don't even spare a glance. This time, though, 2 cans out of the 24 came opened (certainly due to transit/packaging errors) and had leaked on the other packages I had ordered. The whole package smelled rotten. Contacted support and they refunded the amount of the 2 damaged cans immediately.
The other cans are good since all our cats tasted and ate them well.

I purchase it seeing the reviews , do not go by reviews as max of the. Are hyped and fake , both of my cat hated it didn't even lick it once . It's all wasted to buy these many cans

The quality, the packaging and the addition of sunflower oil brings everything together.As this canned food is especially formulated for cat 1yr or older, I just wish they had a kitten version of this. They use human grade level of real meat, so the price you are paying for it is very reasonable
