I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Chappi dog food. Initially, I chose this brand after reading some positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my dogs.

After opening the pack, I noticed a lot of powdered kibble, which I assumed was normal and ignored. But within a few days, both of my dogs refused to eat it. They would just sniff the food, eat a few chunks, and leave the rest. Eventually, they got sick and completely stopped touching the food. That’s when I checked the pack more closely and found bugs at the bottom.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the seller, they refused to replace the product or offer any support. Chappi’s customer care was equally unresponsive and unavailable throughout this ordeal.

This entire experience not only led to wasted food but also caused health issues for my pets, leading to expensive vet visits. I strongly advise pet parents to stay away from this brand and invest in better, safer dog food options. Your pet’s health is too important to risk.
