Poor quality and infested with insects - Henlo

Package received was dirty. When opened for feeding my pet, he refused to eat. I tried feeding my pet for 2-3 times but he refused to even come close to the Henlo. A closer look at the product revealed that it was infested with insects and granules had pittings all around and powdery. The issue was reported to Supertails but the response from absolutely pathetic like Henlo. They gave false promises that the product will be replaced but no courier pickup was arranged nor the money was refunded. Going forward cannot trust both Supertails and Henlo…Citizens beware from these cheats!!!

Perfect for Growing Puppies

I’ve been feeding my puppy Oreo, Henlo Puppy, and he loves it! The smaller pellet size is perfect for him, and it’s easy on his little tummy. Plus, I know it’s packed with protein, which is exactly what he needs as he grows. He’s been gaining weight nicely, and I can see the difference in his energy levels too!

Leo Eats Without Gulping!

My Shih Tzu, Leo, used to have trouble with dry food. He would struggle to chew it, and because he’d gulp everything down too quickly, he would end up vomiting. It was so stressful to watch.
