I’ll probably think twice, it’s difficult to wait 2.5 hours to get a consultation

It was stressfree and doctors are really good and very caring and answers all your queries with patience

The service there was wonderful. Someone was right at the entrance to take my cat upstairs in her bag, and assisted me similarly in the way down. The staff and vet we're extremely patient and polite, clearing all doubts. I did get the feeling that the vet was trying to get me to buy as many meds as possible. When I said I don't need some, they respected my decision but I was still miffed that they were will nilly prescribing pain meds for my cat. The meds prescribed were for a week but my cat recuevered within two days. When I called to ask if it's fine for me to stop the meds earlier, I was told that I will have to physically go to the vet again and ask, and they will absolutely not just ask the vet and let me know. Once again, I don't understand this. I don't think I want to go the the vet again and again for every little follow up question I may have. I don't think I'm going to go back, regardless of the pretty excellent service.

The clinic charged me consultation fees as well along with the pregnancy scanning which is very unfair

We took our son Loki to Supertails for a general check up and grooming. We have been to several grooming places, but honestly this was the best ever experience we had in last 6 years. Cleanliness, color themes, friendly staff, attention and care given to each and every furry friend, it was truly mind boggling. Everything spot on. What an amazing experience. Hats off to the founders and the execution team. Humble request is to start a store near Bagalur to avoid the commute time for the customers from that side of the city....
