I had to wait for 45 minutes even after confirming my appointment multiple times. My cat's cleaning is not properly done, my cat is shading more hairs and so many loose hairs because they did not comb her well after bathing her, they do not provide hygiene trimming which is most essential for long haired cats and every other groomers provide it. I would not at all go here again and put my cats again to the trauma of bad handling and making us wait because of their poor time management.

I am really happy with their grooming service. They did a very good job with my two persian cats. They were calm and patient with them, the cats seemed less threatened. Also, the waiting area was really convenient for me.
