Its always a pleasure to visit

I have been getting casper to supertails since few month and everytime i have got exceptional service.
But this time it was different.
1. I was 10 min late but had to wait another hour for them to start the service. Can understand that.
2. Luxury routines previously took maximum of 1.5 hours, but this time almost 3 hours. So including the intial waiting period we had to spend 4+ hours for the service. Not acceptable and not informed priorly.
3. Haircut instruction wasn't followed. Had asked to trim 0.5 -1 mm of over all hair but was cut too short which isnt okay during cold season.
4. Had asked for complete routine package but luxury was done..
What I felt this time was lack of communication and longer service time. Kindly fix this, thank you!
