SIZE GUIDE
Last Friday I took my dog for neutering. The surgery was performed and in 4 hours he was released with very little information. The surgery went wrong. My dog started bleeding. I again took my dog to the Brookfield centre. Doctor was not able find out what went wrong. She just gave cold compression and sent us home. In real case at such situation doctor should have stayed back and check what is going wrong. We were told he will be fine and clinic closes at 10. At home my dog again started to bleed. I have to take him to other clinic admit him. Next day other surgeon again performed one more surgery and he found out the method of neutering used did not work for my dog.
All this hassle we have to go through because the Brookfield centre does not have post opp care. If you don't have the facility then don't promise the great care and great doctors.
It is very rare case still I guess centre should be ready for everything.
After informing doctor about it she just replied ok. We are absolutely unhappy. The money has gone but we have to suffer a lot.
