I recently ordered Grain Zero kitten food with a free container. While I appreciate the timely delivery, the packaging was difficult to unwrap, and unfortunately, the container arrived broken. I informed customer care, but the resolution provided was not helpful.
Since this was my very first order with Supertails, I truly hoped for a smoother experience. I kindly request a replacement for the damaged container or an alternative solution. I look forward to your support and a positive resolution.
