Not effective at all

This spot on did not work for my furry baby.
Infact It's surprising for me that the fleas are freely growing their colony surrounding the neck area where the spot on has been applied.
First it takes a lot of days to completely get dry because of the natural oils they claim to put I to this spot on, on top of that it's not effective as well.
Huge waste of money.
